Payment terms - prices:
End of the deadline upon receipt of the payment amount in the account of DGM Baustoffhandel OG.
Ordered and/or already delivered goods will not be canceled by DGM Baustoffhandel OG, and
under no circumstances will any materials already delivered be taken back.
The place of jurisdiction is the competent district court in 9500 Villach - Austrian law applies.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Failure to meet the payment deadline will result in the loss of all discounts and rebates!
These will be invoiced retroactively and must be paid! We would also like to point out that late payment will result in reminder fees and 10% interest.
